摘要
针对转炉大面修补料使用寿命短、烧结时间长等问题,加入铝粉作为助燃剂、铁鳞作为促烧剂,并引入促流剂,研究了新型结合体系对材料性能的影响。结果表明:Al粉的引入可明显提高材料强度,但同时导致材料流动性降低,加入量为1%时,材料综合性能最好;铁鳞起到了促烧作用,加入量以1%为宜;促流剂B可明显提高材料的流动性,加入量为2%。改进后的修补料使用寿命提高两倍。
Because converter patching refractory service life was too shorter and sintering time was too longer, adding Al powder as buming-rate accelerator, iron scale as acceleration of sintering and running formulation, the effects of new binder system were discussed. The results show that: the patching refractory strength is increased obviously when the Al powder was added, and the running quality is reduced. When the AI powder addition is 1%, the iron scale addition is 1%, the running formulation addition is 2%, and the best combination property was obtained.
