摘要
以泰钢不锈钢轧钢厂炉卷生产线为背景,介绍了二级过程控制系统的结构。描述了过程控制的原始数据输入、规程计算、现场数据采集等主要功能,从数据流向的角度说明了过程控制系统的应用。该系统应用后,产品的整体质量得到了显著提升,成品带钢纵向中间厚度公差为±0.03 mm,头尾厚度控制精度为±0.06 mm。
The structure of two stage process control systemof the furnace coil production linein Taigang Stainless steel rolling mill is introduced, The main functions of process control, such as raw data inpat, program calculation and field data acquisition are described. The application of process control system is illustrated from the point of view of data flow. After the application of this system, the overall quality of the product has been significantly improved.The intermediate thickness tolerance at longitudinal of finished steel strip is ±0.03 mm, and from the head to tail, the thickness control aceuracy is ±0.06 mm only. That has been reached the international advance control level.
