摘要 单机架轧机自投产以来故障频发,控制元件运行环境差,程序漏洞多,操作画面不直观是造成问题多发的直接原因。通过加强电气元件保护措施,优化控制程序及操作画面,完善系统连锁保护,增加控制网络诊断功能等方式,单机架轧机设备误时月均下降了65%,有效保障了设备高效平稳运行。 Since the beginning of production, faults have been frequently occurred in Single stand cold rolling mill.The bad operating environment of the control elements, the program vulnerabilities and the lack of intuitive operation pictures are the main causes of the problem.By strengthening the electrical protection, optimiziugthe control program and operation pictures, improving the interlock of electrical system and increasing diagnostic function of the control network, the equipment fault time has been decreased average 65% per month,and the operation of the single stand cold rolling millhas been ensued efficiently and stably.
