摘要 为改变原始的人工看守铁路道口的运行模式,减少人力资源的消耗,通过应用光纤控制网络、PLC控制系统、上位画面组态及现场硬件设备的改造等技术手段,对铁路道口实施无人化远程控制系统的优化改造,提高了系统的自动控制水平,降低了工人的劳动强度,节约了大量的人力资源,每年节省人工费约350万元,取得了良好的效果。 In order to change the operation mode of the original manual guard railway crossing and reduce the consumption of human re- sources, a series of technologies have been applied.That included fiber-optical control network, PLC control system, and upper picture configuration and revamping of onsite hardware equipment, etc. The unmanned remote control system for railway crossingwas optimized. This application has improved the level of automatic control system, reduced the labor intensity of workers, saved a lot of human resources, andabout 3.5 million Yuan on labor costcan be reduced and the great results wereachieved.
