Thoughts on Improving the Current Situation of Elevator Maintenance by Using Internet of Things Technology

目前电梯维保单位不一、维护质量参差不齐,而通过建立电梯物联网,有助于对电梯进行远程实时故障监控和分析,实现安全预警,以指导电梯维护保养,节约社会资源。电梯通过3种方式使用物联网技术:单台电梯的数据存储、采集、保存,小区内联网的监控及数据采集,建立物联网的整体数据。

At present, the elevator maintenance units are different, the quality of maintenance varies. By setting up the elevator Internet of things, it can help to, monitor and analyze the remote real-time fault of the elevator, realize the safety warning, guide the maintenance of the elevator, and save the social resources. The Internet of things can be usedfor the elevator in three ways： single elevator data storage, collection and preservation; monitoring and data collection of community intranet and overall data based on the Internet of things.
