摘要
针对40万t/a离子膜烧碱(一期)装置工艺设备运行中存在的问题,研究并采取了相应的解决措施,优化改进了离子膜烧碱(二期)装置的工艺设计,降低了设备故障率,取得了良好的运行效果。
According to 400 kt/a ion-exchange-membrane caustic soda(first phase)existing in the operation of process equipment,research and take the corresponding solution measures,optimize and improve the process design of device about ion-exchange-membrane caustic soda(the second phase),reduce the equipment failure rate,obtain a good running effect.
