Demulsification of P-PVC seeds is the direct factor which is determine whether P-PVC can be produced successfully. In order to stabilize production,it is necessary to master the condition of the demulsification,we can to prevent or use it. This paper discusses the conditions of pressure,temperature,mechanical agitation,dosage of emulsifier and formulation.
