摘要 阐述了中盐吉兰泰盐化集团有限公司敞开式循环水系统由于硬件设施及管理不完善,导致设备换热效率大幅降低,动力消耗增加,管道堵塞,设备寿命大大缩减。通过加强循环水管理与研究,提高浓缩倍数,减少补水量及排水量,同时解决结垢、腐蚀、生物粘泥等影响设备换热问题。 This article mainly expounds open wide type circulating water system because the hardware facilities and the management is not perfect,lead to equipment in thermal efficiency is greatly reduced,increased power consumption,pipe blockage,equipment service life greatly reduced. Strengthening the water management and research,the main purpose is to improve the concentration ratio,reduce the water volume and displacement,at the same time solve the scaling,corrosion and biological sticky mud equipment in thermal dissipation.
