文化旅游名镇保护利用刍议

Conservation of cultural tourist towns

陕西省保存下来古镇,既有悠久历史,又具备深厚的文化内涵,地域优势与时代特征均比较突出。随着城镇化进程快速发展给古镇带来不利影响,省上有关部门确定了文化旅游名镇,目的是为了保护古镇的文化根脉,并加以利用。作者认为应进一步挖掘古镇文化资源的价值所在,秉承正确的保护理念,科学规划,适度建设,防止在保护利用中又给古镇造成新的破坏。

Many well-preserved historical towns have long history and cultural significance. Their geographic advantages and chronological characteristics are also very pronounced. Rapid urbanization has brought disadvantageous impact to these historical town. The confirmation of the important status of these cultural tourist towns by the related departments of the provincial government is to protect the cultural lineage of these towns for sustainable development. The authors think that the cultural resources of these towns should be further investigated and promoted. The protection should follow proper conservation theories. With scientific planning and appropriate construction, new damages brought by conservation and development of these towns should be avoided.
