青年公益创业的困境与突破——基于“舟山市彩虹堂特殊儿童关爱中心”的思考 被引量:1

摘要 公益创业是一种以产生社会价值为导向的创业方式,青年是公益创业的最大主体。彩虹堂特殊儿童关爱中心作为舟山市青年公益创业的典范,以公益、创新和市场为导向,实现了组织的自我运营,也创造了一定的社会价值。但其发展面临一系列问题:资金来源渠道少、统筹人才欠缺、社会认识偏差。因此,运用多元视角,寻求突破的途径如下:政府可以通过完善公益创业的理论基础建设、扶持奖励制度体系和教育体系;通过畅通社会化资金援助渠道、开展青年公益创业交流活动;青年公益创业者可以通过提高自身知识和技术水平、更新公益创业模式和畅通与政府、社会的合作渠道的措施来解决。 Public benefit entrepreneurship is a kind of social value oriented to the entrepreneurial mode, in which the young people play a great role for the development of public benefit entrepreneurship with their strong creativity. As a typical example of youth public benefit entrepreneurship in Zhoushan, Rainbow Hall Exceptional Children Care Center embodies three characteristics in the process of creating social value: public interest, innovation and market orientation. However, there are still some problems in the development of the system, such as fewerchannels of financial sources, lack of overall planning talents and social cognition deviation. Therefore, we have to make use of diversified perspectives to find the solutions to these problems. The government should support incentive system and education system by means of the constructionof theoretical foundation; the government must also help the young people carry out the exchange activities of youth public benefit entrepreneurship by unblocking the socialization of financial aid channels; the young public entrepreneursneed to update theirentrepreneurship mode andunblockthe channels of cooperation with government and society by improving their knowledge and technical level.
