对“阳刚教育”政策的反思

On the Rethinking of the “Masculine Education” Policy

近年来,一些地区针对"阳刚教育"缺失问题出台了一系列文件和政策,并采取了一系列措施。尽管"阳刚教育"政策逐渐走向成熟和完善,但仍然面临诸多问题:一是政策存在地区间的"自保"与"互认缺失";二是政策激励力度不足,激励效应差;三是政策协同效应不足;四是政策实践效果差。要提升"阳刚教育"政策的效力,必须做到以下四点:首先,应加大相关资源投入,实现政策激励相容效应;其次,要优化政策环境,实现系统管理和整体监制;再次,应加强地区合作,提高阳刚教育政策的科学性、系统性和有效性;最后,应因事因人制宜,注重教师"阳刚教育"能力的建设。

In recent years,facing the lack of＂Masculine education＂,many regions have been introducing a serious of document and adopting a series of measures.Although the ＂masculine education＂policy gradually mature and perfect,but still faces many problems.Firstly,one is the policy of regional＂self-preservation＂and ＂mutual recognition＂missing.Secondly,Policy incentives strength is insufficient and incentive effect is poor.Thirdly,policy coordination effect is lacking.Fourthly,the practice effect of policy is not good.Therefore,we must do the following four points to improve the effectiveness of the＂masculine education＂policy.First of all,government should invest more resources,implement policy incentive compatibility effect.Secondly,optimizing the policy environment to realize the management system and the overall supervision.Thirdly,doing something that suitable to the occasion and pay attention to teachers＇ capacity of＂masculine education＂building to systemic and effectiveness of the education policy.Last but not least,Strengthening regional cooperation,and improve the masculine scientific.
