高职院校实现其专业与产业的对接能拓展高职院校其自身的发展空间，但当前高职院校产业与专业对接当中存在不少问题，要实现专业与产业的有效对接，应研究区域经济发展的特色、明确当地产业发展大方向，通过建立高校理事会、专业群校企合作理事会，实现校企互动，完善机制，才能提高办学水平和质量，为社会发展培养更多的优秀人才。

When the vocational colleges achieves their professional and industrial docking, it can expand its own development space, but there are many problems in the current professional and industrial docking in vocational colleges. In order to achieve effective professional and industrial docking, the colleges should study regional economic development characteristics, and get a clear direction of the development of local industries, through the establishment of the college council, the professional group of school-enterprise cooperation council to realize the interaction between schools and enterprises and improve the mechanism, to promote the level and quality of education and cultivate more excellent talents for the social development.
