社会实践理论下顶岗实习设计与联动评价

摘要 立足于高职院校职业特色,从顶岗实习典型的职业特色和当今诸多职业院校面临的实际问题出发,依据CharlesJennings和J6r?meWargnier提出的学习金字塔,提出了土建类高职院校顶岗实习在企业一学生一教师三方共同评价下整体设计的思路,确保学生到企业有效顶岗,力求真正实现高年级学生与就业岗位的“零距离”对接。 Based on the professional characteristics of higher vocational colleges and the practicalproblems faced by many professional colleges and universities, according to the learning pyramids proposed by Charles Jennings and Jer?meWargnier, this paper puts forward the internships overall design of the idea for civil engineering colleges with tripartite evaluation of enterprise - student - teacher, to ensure that students do the internship effectively in enterprise, and strives to truly achieve "zero distance" docking between senior students and jobs.
