摘要
以聚丙烯酰胺、甲醛、二甲胺和巯基乙酸(TGA)为原料,通过化学反应制备出新型重金属絮凝剂巯基乙酰化胺甲基聚丙烯酰胺(MAAPAM);以MAAPAM对水样中Cu(II)的去除性能为考察目标,采用单因素实验和正交实验分别对MAAPAM的制备条件进行研究。结果表明,MAAPAM最佳制备条件为:反应物APAM浓度1.5%、反应物APAM和TGA物质的量比1:3、反应介质p H=7.0、反应时间1.5 h、反应温度25℃;在此条件下制备的MAAPAM对水样中Cu(II)的最高去除率可达99.96%。
A novel heavy metal flocculant mercaptoacetyl aminomethy-polyacrylamide (MAAPAM) was prepared by chemical reaction with polyaerylamide, formaldehyde, dimethylamine and rnercaptoacetic acid (TGA). The removal performance of Cu(Ⅱ) in water samples with MAAPAM as the main indicator was as the main indicator, the preparation conditions of MAAPAM were investigated with single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, respectively. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions for MAAPAM were as follows: the concentration of APAM was 1.5%, the molar ratio of APAM and TGA was 1:3, pH value in reaction medium was 7.0, the reaction time was 1.5 h and the reaction temperature was 25 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the highest removal rate of Cu(Ⅱ) could reach 99.96%.
