摘要 风电与太阳能发电等间歇性可再生能源的快速发展增加了电力系统对储能的需求,共享经济的迅速发展为储能的应用带来新的商业机会,基于储能设施共享的云储能可能成为未来电力系统新的形态特征之一。云储能是一种基于电网的储能服务,它使得用户可以随时、随地、按需使用电网级的共享储能资源池中的资源,可以显著地降低提供储能服务的成本。文中解释了云储能的概念,并对云储能商业模式的各个要素进行了详细阐述。在此基础上,分析了云储能的投资与规划、运行以及服务定价等关键问题,总结了当前的研究进展并提出了相关的研究思路与方法,探讨了未来为了促进云储能的发展与实施还需要着力解决的问题,对云储能未来的研究进行了简要的展望。 The rapid development of intermittent renewable energy has increased the demands for storage in power systems.In the meantime,the expeditious advances in shared economy would bring new business opportunities to the application of storage.Based on the sharing of storage devices,cloud energy storage(CES)would become one of the important features for future power system configuration.CES is a grid-based storage service that enables ubiquitous and on-demand access to a shared pool of grid-scale energy storage resources.It is capable of providing energy storage services at a substantially lower cost.This paper explains the concept of CES and elaborates the elements of the CES business model.The key issues on CES investment and planning,operation,and service pricing are analyzed.The current research progress,approach and methodology are reviewed.The key problems that should be addressed in the future are pointed out to improve the development and implementation of CES.The future research on CES are previewed and discussed.
