红核妇洁洗液在泌尿外科术后会阴部伤口护理中的效果观察

Observation of the effect of red nucleus lotion in perineum care after operation in Department of Urology

目的比较红核妇洁洗液与碘伏液在泌尿外科术后会阴部伤口护理中的效果。方法选取2016年1月~12月收治的泌尿外科会阴部手术患者80例,随机分为对照组(40例),给予0.5%碘伏液进行伤口护理,用0.02%~0.03%低浓度碘伏液100~200 m L清洗会阴部;观察组(40例)给予1:10稀释红核妇洁洗液进行伤口护理,用稀释红核妇洁洗液100~200 m L清洗会阴部。比较两组患者术后3天切口疼痛程度、切口愈合情况、患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组切口疼痛程度和切口愈合情况与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组对护理工作的满意度为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红核妇洁洗液和碘伏液对会阴部伤口具有同样的护理效果,此外,红核妇洁洗液还具有纯天然、无刺激、无致敏、无着色的特点,可提高患者及家属的满意度。

Objective To compare the effect of red nucleus lotion and Iodophor on postoperative perineal wound care in Department of Urology.Methods From January 2016 to December were 80 cases of patients with genital surgery will Department of Urology, were randomly divided into control group （40 cases）, treated with 0.5% iodine solution for wound care, with 0.02% to 0.03% low concentration of iodine solution 100 ~ 200 mL cleaning perineum; observation group （40 cases） treated with 1：10 dilution honghefujie lotion wound nursing, with diluted honghefujie lotion 100 ~ 200 mL cleaning perineum. Compared two groups of patients with postoperative 3 days incision pain, wound healing, the patient and family satisfaction to the nursing work.Results The degree of incision pain and incision healing in the observation group were equivalent to that of the control group （P〉0.05）. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95%, and the control group was 80% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Honghefujie Lotion has the same effect with iodide ？ uid,in addition,Honghefujie Lotion has the characteristic of pure natural,unstimulated,unresponsive and colorless,which can improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
