在体女性闭孔神经数字化三维模型的构建研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于计算机断层增强扫描(CTA)数据集的女性在体闭孔神经三维重建的方法。方法选取2014年1月1日至6月1日16例因宫颈癌于南方医科大学南方医院行CT扫描患者的二维断层图像数据集,利用计算机断层扫描三维重建技术构建闭孔神经及周围相关组织三维模型。结果重建的女性闭孔神经模型符合闭孔神经形态。其不仅可以进行任意角度的旋转,还可以观察其与周围毗邻组织的关系。重建的闭孔神经三维模型与术中解剖完全吻合。结论利用CTA数据集进行计算机三维重建可理想地显示闭孔神经,及其与髂内外血管及闭孔动静脉等毗邻组织的关系,是研究女性闭孔神经与毗邻组织关系的好方法,有较大的应用价值。 Objective To explore the methods of digital three-dimensional reconstruction of obturator nerve based on CT scan dateset of female patient. Methods Thin-slice computer tomography was performed in 16 female patients in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 1st, 2014 to June 1st, 2014. The three-dimensional reconstruction of obturator nerve and near tissue were made based on CT dateset. Results Models of obturator nerve and its surrounding structures were successfully built. The reconstructed models of obturator nerve were of clear surface and could be continuously rotated in 3D space. It was compatible with the relation of anatomy in operation. Conclusion It is an effective way to reconstruct the 3D model of obturator nerve using CT dateset, which is of great value in clinical practice.
