昆明盐矿真菌次生代谢产物的分离与鉴定 被引量:4

Secondary metabolites from cultures of halotolerant fungal from Kunming Salt Mine

摘要 对昆明盐矿真菌4-92的次生代谢产物进行了化学成分研究,从中分离得到15个化合物.通过波谱数据分析,鉴定其结构分别为5个酚类化合物:5-甲苯-1,3-二醇(1)、甲基2,5-龙胆酸(2)、对羟基苯甲酸(3)、3,3'-氧二苯(5-甲酚)(4)、2-(羟甲基)苯-1,4-苯二酚(5);3个甾醇类化合物:(22E,24R)-5α,6α-环氧-24-甲基胆甾-8(14),22-烯-3β,7α-二醇(6)、3β-羟基-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5,8,22-三烯-7-酮(7)、啤酒甾醇(8);3个核苷类化合物:胸腺嘧啶(9)、尿嘧啶(10)、胞嘧啶(11);2个氧杂蒽酮类化合物:杂色黄曲霉毒素(12)、Oxisterigmatocystin C(13);一个蒽醌类化合物:大黄素(14);一个生物碱类化合物:Pseurotin A(15). The chemical constituents from the liquid fermentation of halotolerant fungal 4-92 from Kunming Salt Mine were studied.Fifteen compounds were isolated, and their structures were determined by spectral analysis as five phenolic compounds :5-methyl-benzene- 1,3 -diol ( 1 ), methyl 2,5 -dihydroxybenzoate ( 2 ), 4 -hydroxy- benzoic acid ( 3 ), 3,3'-oxybis (5-methylphenol) ( 4), 2- (hydroxymethyl) benzene- 1,4-diol ( 5 ) ; three sterol compounds (22E,24R) -5α,6α-epoxy-24-methylcholesta-8(14) ,22-diene-3β,7α-diol(6) ,3β-hyd-roxy- ( 22E, 24R) -ergosta-5,8,22-trien-7-one ( 7 ), ( 22E, 24R) - 24-methylcholesta- 7,22-diene- 3β,5α, 6β-tiol (8) ; three nucleoside compounds thymine ( 9), uracil ( 10), cytosine ( 11 ) ; two xanthone compounds sterigmato- cystin(12), oxisterigrnatocystin C(13) ;an anthraquinone compound: emodin (14)and an alkaloid compound: Pseurotin A(15).
