摘要
光敏性包括光毒性和光致敏性,是一种由日光照射所引起的严重的皮肤损伤反应。近年来,药物所引发光敏性的报道日益增加,广泛受到了人们的关注。对药物的光敏性评价是药物临床前评价的主要工作之一,也是药物质量安全的重要保障。光敏性传统的评价方法多使用动物试验,随着3R原则和动物福利概念的提出,研究开发替代方法来评价药物的光敏性成为国内外研究的趋势。本文将探讨光毒性和光致敏的机制和检测方法,并对最新的体外替代试验方法作一综述,为药物临床前光敏性检测方法提供参考。
Photosensitivity,including phototoxicity and photoallergy,is a kind of serious skin damage that caused by sun exposure. In recent years,the increasing photosensitivity reports which were caused by the drugs,has widely received people's concerns. The photosensitivity evaluation of drug is one of the main work of the drug preclinical evaluation,and also an important guarantee of the quality and safety of drugs. The traditional evaluation of photosensitivity is by animal testing. With the 3 R principle and the concept of animal welfare research,development of alternative methods to evaluate drug of photosensitivity become the trends of research both at home and abroad.In this review,we discussed the mechanism and detection methods of phototoxicity and photoallergy,and reviewed the latest methods of in vitro substitution for reference.
