摘要
目的:研制呋喃二烯冻干纳米乳剂,提高呋喃二烯纳米乳的稳定性。方法:采用冷冻干燥法将呋喃二烯纳米乳冷冻,以冻干乳的外观、复溶情况和粒径等为考察指标优化呋喃二烯纳米乳冻干保护剂和冻干工艺。结果:采用10%的蔗糖作为冻干保护剂所研制的呋喃二烯冻干纳米乳冻干复溶后粒径为(166.3±7.9)nm,多分散系数(polydispersity index,PDI)为0.163;而呋喃二烯纳米乳冻干前平均粒径为(164.9±3.3)nm,多分散系数(PDI)为0.157。并且冻干乳外观雪白、平滑、饱满,复溶速度快,20℃放置粒径及主药含量稳定。结论:该工艺制备的呋喃二烯冻干纳米乳稳定性明显优于其乳剂。
Objective: To prepare the freeze-dried furanodiene nanoemulsion and improve the stability of furanodiene nanoemulsion. Methods: Using freeze-drying process to prepare furanodiene nanoemulsion. The cryoprotectants and prescription technology of freeze-dried furanodiene nanoemulsion were optimized according to the appearance,dissolution status and particle size distribution. Results: The furanodiene nanoemulsion average size was( 164. 9 ± 3. 3) nm,and polydispersity index( PDI) was 0. 157. After using 10% sucrose as the cryoprotectant,the freeze-dried furanodiene nanoemulsion average size was( 166. 3 ± 7. 9) nm,PDI was 0. 163. The freeze-dried furanodiene nanoemulsion with a snow-white,smooth,plumpness appearance and with a short rehydrated time.Moreover,the particle size and main medicine were stable at 20 ℃. Conclusion: Lyophilized furanodiene nanoemulsion prepared with freeze-drying method is obviously more stable than furanodiene nanoemulsion.
