耳部冠状沟与心电图关系的临床相关性研究

Clinical study on the relationship between auricular coronal and electrocardiogram

目的探究耳部冠状沟(ECS)与心电图关系的临床相关性。方法选取我院2015年2月-2015年12月间收治的40例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,对患者均实施动态心电图(DCG)和常规心电图(ECG)的检查,同时对患者进行颈部血管彩超、心脏彩超观察,将最终检查结果均和ECS做出对比分析。结果患者右耳、左耳ECS和DCG、ECG存在显著关系,心脏彩超和颈部血管彩超则与ECS相关性不高;故说明耳部冠状沟与心电图关系的临床相关性较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳部冠状沟与心电图关系的临床相关性较高,因此在心电图检查过程中,临床可同时对患者的耳部冠状沟情况实施检查分析,同时建议临床可将ECS用于对患者心脏疾病的辅助判断。

Objective To explore the clinical relevance of ear coronal（ECS） to electrocardiogram. Methods Forty patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted from February 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent dynamic electrocardiogram（DCG） and conventional electrocardiogram（ECG） examination. At the same time, the realation between vascular ultrasound, cardiac ultrasound and ECS were explored. Results There was a significant relationship between ECS, DCG and ECG in right and left ears. No correlation was found between color Doppler echocardiography, cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasound and ECS. The results indicated that there was a significant correlation between the coronal groove and electrocardiogram（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ear coronal ditchis closely related to the clinical ECG. So in the process of ECG, the clinical assessment of the patient’s coronal ditch can be performed at the same time, and clinical recommendations ECS can be used in aids judgment of patients with heart disease.
