摘要
为了解阜新黑土区水土流失状况,实现小流域水土保持综合治理,选取阜新区老二色流域进行多年实地生态监测,针对当地的水土流失状况及水土保持综合治理工作的开展情况,将样方调查法、环刀浸水法等多种方法有效结合,对老二色小流域水土保持措施进行了全方位评价,得到如下结论:水土保持综合治理工作开展后,老二色小流域植物覆盖度从34.5%增加到39.75%,形成一个完整的多层次生态系统;水土流失现象、不合理利用土地现象得到改善;黑土地产量逐渐提高,居民人均收入相应提高,生态治理工作全部收益达到2936.1万元;整个老二色流域的水土流失现象被有效控制,整体态势向良性发展。
Fuxin Laoerse small river basin is selected for ecological monitoring in the field for many years to understand the status of the soil and water loss in Fuxin black soil district and realize small river basin comprehensive governance of soil and water conservation. Sample plot investigation method,circular knife flooding method and many other methods are effectively combined for comprehensive evaluation on Laoerse small river basin water and soil conservation measures in view of the local soil and water loss situation as well as progress of comprehensive governance of soil and water conservation work. The following conclusions are obtained: the vegetation coverage in Laoerse small river basin is increased from 34. 5% to 39. 75% after comprehensive governance of soil and water conservation work,thereby forming a complete multi-level ecosystem. The phenomenon of water and soil erosion as well as unreasonable use of land have been improved. The production of black land is gradually increased,and the per capita income of residents is increased accordingly. Total income of ecological governance work is up to 29. 361 million Yuan. The water and soil erosion in the whole Laoerse small river basin is effectively controlled,and the overall situation is benignly developed.
