Mechanical and Connection Properties of Self-Taping Screws for Structures

摘要 测试、评价了不同直径、不同长度国产新型自攻螺钉的抗拉强度、抗弯屈服强度、钉入正交胶合木拔出强度和钉帽拉穿强度。试验结果表明:直径8 mm、长度120 mm的自攻螺钉具有较好的抗拉和抗弯屈服强度;直径6 mm自攻螺钉的钉帽拉穿强度比直径8 mm的自攻螺钉高25.4%。在本试验条件下,自攻螺钉的直径、长度、钉入深度和有无预钻孔等因素对自攻螺钉钉入正交胶合木拔出强度的影响都不显著。 ; The mechanical and connection properties,!, e. tension strength, bending yield strength,withdraw capacity, and pull through parameter,of self-typing screw( STS) with various diameters and lengths are tested and evaluated in this paper. The test result shows that the self-typing screws with 8 mm diameter and 120 mm length have better ten-sion and bending yield strengths. The pull through parameter of STS with 6 mm diameter is 25. 4 % higher than that of STS with 8mm diameter. The effect of diameter,length,thread depth and pre-drilled hole/non- pre-drilled hole of STS are not significant in this test.
