摘要 近年来,冠状动脉微循环障碍(CMD)逐渐被医学界所认知,CMD会导致心肌缺血、心肌病甚至心力衰竭。然而,CMD的病理生理机制尚不十分明确,其诊断尚未标准化,治疗上也尚无规范化的方法。现总结CMD的发病机制、检测方法及干预措施的研究进展,希望为临床诊治CMD提供一定的参考。 Recently, coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) has aroused wide attention and gradually people have realized the im-portance of CMD which may result in myocardial ischemia,cardiomyopathy or even heart failure. However,the physiopathologic mechanisms of CMD remain unclear;and diagnosis and treatment are still not yet standardized. This review summarizes the research progress in pathogene-sis, assessment methods and interventions related to CMD,so to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment in some respects.
