Evaluation of Viable Myocardium after Myocardial Infarction

摘要 冠状动脉血运重建术在冠心病心肌梗死的治疗中发挥着至关重要的作用,而再灌注区域心肌的活性直接决定再血管化治疗能否恢复其功能,故识别存活心肌并评估其活性在临床上具有重要意义。目前,如何准确、无创性地判断心肌活性已成为各种影像学研究的热点之一,现对存活心肌的不同影像学评价方法进行综述。 Percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI) plays a cmcid role in the taeatment of coronary heart disease. Myocardial viability plays a crucial role in revascularization and can restore its function,therefore it is of great significance to identify and evaluate viable rayo- cardium in clinic. At present,how to determine myocardial viability noninvasively with high accuracy has become a hot topic in various stud- ies. The different imaging assessment of viable myocardium were reviewed in this article.
