摘要
2016欧洲心脏病学会心力衰竭指南对心力衰竭的分类进行了更新,并推荐在疑诊或已确诊的心力衰竭患者中进行经胸超声心动图,评估心肌的结构和功能。通常认为在心力衰竭症状出现或收缩功能受损之前,已有不同程度的左室舒张功能障碍发生,因此超声心动图评估左室舒张功能是常规检查中不可或缺的一部分。
2016 ESC Heart Failure Guideline updates the classification of heart failure and recommends transthoracic echocardio- graphy in patients with suspected or diagnosed heart failure to assess the structure and function of the myocardium. It is generally believed that varying degrees of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction have occurred before the onset of heart failure or impaired systolic function. There-fore ,echocaidiographic assessment of left ventricular diastolic function is an integral part of routine examination.
