摘要
冠状动脉肌桥一直被认为是心脏正常解剖结构的一种变异,在临床工作中给予重视不够。近年来由于心肌桥原因引起的猝死、心律失常、急性冠状动脉综合征等病例屡屡发生,现结合国内外参考文献对心肌桥的发生率、解剖结构、病理生理机制、心肌桥与猝死的关系、诊断、治疗、预后危险分层做一综述。
The myocardial bridge has been considered as a variation of the normal cardiac anatomic structure and it is not sufficient for recognition in clinical practice.The cases caused by myocardial bridge such as sudden cardiac death,arrhythmia and acute coronary syndrome have occurred frequently in recent years.This article is based on domestic and foreign relevant references,reviews incidence rates,anatomic structure,physiopathologic mechanism,relation with diagnosis,treatment,prognosis,and risk stratification of myocardial bridge.
