摘要
"医养融合"实现了"医—养—康—护"的深度融合,临海市老年乐园是在管理模式、服务体系、人才培育方面都有所突破的"医养融合"机构。通过分析老年乐园的运行机制及掣肘因素,认为PPP模式+"医养融合"、社区居家养老+"医养融合"、互联网+"医养融合"是"医养融合"模式创新发展的可能路径选择。
The program of all-inclusive medical and care realizes deeply essential amalgamation of medical treatment,endowment,rehabilitation and nursing care. make a breakthrough in management pattern,service system,cultivation of talents.Through analyzing on operation mechanism and restricting factors of Paradise of linhai elder,combining public private partnership, Community service-oriented home care,intemet with the program of all- inclusive medical and care respectively is possible innovation path.
