摘要
针对某型固体轨控发动机发生点火延迟时间超差的问题,分析了原因,对环形点火器采取了结构优化和点火药调整等改进措施,并进行了单项点火试验、地面试车以及飞行试验的考核。结果表明:改进措施有效,环形点火器能量输出更加稳定,点火延迟时间超差问题得以解决。
Aimed at the problem that ignition delay time out of tolerance during a flight test of solid divert motor, the reasons were analyzed, and the improving methods such as structural optimization for annular igniter and ignition powder adjustment were proposed, as well as the single ignition test, ground tests and flight tests were carried out. The results show that improving methods are effective, output power of annular igniter is more stable and the problem of ignition delay time out of tolerance is solved.
