Shelves Construction of Missile Pyrotechnics System Oriented to Low Cost Development Strategy

低成本发展战略是战术导弹发展的重要趋势。本文从导弹总体设计角度,对火工品进行了功能性和系统化梳理,给出了火工品总体设计要求;基于火工品基本型和关键属性辨识,提出了火工系统选型货架以及基于产品化思想的火工系统货架产品架构方案;最后从技术和管理两方面提出了导弹武器火工系统货架产品的低成本发展战略构想。

Low coat strategy is the development trend of tactical missile development. The overall design requirements based on the functional and systemic pectination of missile pyrotechnics were proposed, from the angle of overall missile design. Type selection shelves and shelves-product architectural solutions from productization ideas of pyrotechnics system were carried out, based on the establishment of basic model and identification of critical product attribute. Finally, the low cost development strategy of missile weapon pyrotechnics system product shelves was presented, from the aspects of technology and management.
