摘要
阐述了聚烯烃二联合车间聚乙烯装置催化剂精馏塔工艺流程,论述了催化剂精馏塔冷却器出现的过度腐蚀现象,从聚乙烯催化剂制备工艺原理分析了精馏塔物料的属性,找出了催化剂精馏塔冷却器过度腐蚀机理,为此提出了4种解决方法,经过对比分析,采用了喷漆处理这种简单、实用的方案,2年的实际使用证明,抗腐蚀效果良好,催化剂精馏塔冷却器过度腐蚀的难题被攻破,保证了装置的平稳生产。
This article introduces the process flow of polyethylene catalyst distillation column of the Polyolefin No.2 Joint Workshop at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,discusses the excessive corrosion of the cooler in catalyst distillation column,analyzes the attributes of materials in the distillation column from the preparation principle of polyethylene catalyst,finds out the excessive corrosion mechanism of the cooler in catalyst distillation column,and puts forward four solutions to the corrosion problem. Through comparative analysis,paint spraying treatment,a simple,practical and effective solution,is adopted.After 2 years of practice,good effect is achieved,the excessive corrosion problem of the cooler in catalyst distillation column is completely solved,and the smooth production of the Polyolefin No.2 Joint Workshop is ensured.
