摘要
在普光项目和元坝项目的设计实践中,根据尾气处理单元的工艺流程和实际运行情况,分析、总结了平面布置、框架结构和管道布置等方面的设计。在平面上,根据风玫瑰和工厂平面占地合理布局加氢构架、急冷塔、吸收塔以及风机的相对位置;合理安排新增超重力脱硫单元设备的位置;土建结构上优化框架主要梁柱的连接形式;管道布置则根据工艺要求重新调整走向。
Design optimization can not only reduce the harmful factors,but also improve the safety of the plant.In the design practice of Yuanba project and Puguang project,the advantages and disadvantages of design including plane layout,frame structure,equipment layout and pipe routing are analyzed and summarized based on the process flow and actual operation of tail gas treatment unit.In plane layout design,the relative locations of hydrogenation frame,quench tower,absorption tower and air turbine are reasonably arranged according to the wind rose and the cover area of the plant.The location of the new high gravity desulfurization unit is arranged reasonably,the connection form for main beams and columns of the frame is optimized,and the pipe routing is adjusted according to process requirements,so as to continuously improve the design and achieve reasonable layout and environmental friendliness while meeting the process objectives.
