论三维量化在人才培养目标制定中的应用

摘要 细化人才培养目标的三维量化法能有针对性地解决人才培养目标中知识技能的广度、深度以及能力素养模糊不清等问题。该方法以学生群体、师资队伍、办学条件等实际情况为基准,定量分析学生知识技能的广度、深度及能力素养三者之间的关系,以便在三维量化、动态微调和有效性检验的过程中达到优化学生知识结构、提高其能力素养的目标。 These existing problems that breadth, depth and ambiguous ability quality in talent cultivation goals, are solved with in tridimensional quantitative way. A is adopted to refine the three elements, which will be able to solve the above problem.This method focused on students group, teacher team and practical educational condition analyzed the relation among breadth, depth and ambiguous ability quality, in order to achieve the goal of optimizing the structure of students' knowledge and improving their ability in the process of tridimensional quantization, dynamic trimming and validity testing.
