基于英语教师专业发展的课例研究——两次重复性教学经历

A Lesson Study Based on English Teachers' Professional Development——Twice Repetitive Teaching Experiences

摘要 通过对一节大学英语精读课实施"试教——讨论——再次施教"形式的课例研究发现:合理设置复习环节、布置预习任务、灵活引入趣味语境等有助于提高大学英语精读课教学效果;课例研究过程中教师间的经验交流、理论知识的检验、反思批判和合作学习有助于英语教师的专业发展。 Research from the lesson study in the form of "try to teach-discuss-teach again" in college English intensive course,we found that setting reasonable review links, arranging appropriate preview tasks and introducing funny context can help to improve the English intensive teaching effectiveness. In lesson study, teachers' experience communication, theoretical knowledge checkout, critical reflection and cooperative learning can contribute to English teachers' professional development.
