A Corpus-based Study on Noun-converted Verbs

该文基于司显柱通过BNC语料库建立的128个活用名动转类词语料库,选取30个放入美国当代语料库(COCA)进行检索,通过定性定量分析活用名转动词在两个语料库中的具体差异,总结了活用名转动词在美国当代英语语料库中的特点。

Upon the corpus of 128 noun-converted verbs from Si Xianzhu established by BNC, this paper selected 30 to search in COCA and analyzed their specific difference by qualitative and quantitative methods in BNC and COCA, and the characteristics of noun-converted verbs in COCA are summarized.
