There is joy mixed with annoyance in the ecological environment in West Hunan. We can put forward the corresponding countermeasures in three aspects from the government, society, individual from the perspective of peace culture,including the innovation of developing green peace mechanism, to build a peaceful community, let the concept of green peace internalized. These strategic initiatives will push the sustainable development of West Hunan.
