图书馆知识管理是现代化信息技术环境下新型的图书馆管理理念和工作方法。图书馆实施知识管理是知识经济时代图书馆内部管理必然的选择。图书馆知识管理的重要内容分为显性知识的管理和隐性知识的管理。隐性知识的管理是图书馆知识创新的源泉,它直接影响着图书馆的工作质量和服务水平。图书馆知识管理内容之一就是要挖掘存在于图书馆员个体的隐性知识,并通过共享机制,使隐性知识与其最需要的读者有机结合,从而建立起基于知识的检索、组织和链接机制,进一步为读者提供高水平的知识服务。

Library knowledge management is a new kind of library management concept and working method in modern information technology environment. Library implementation knowledge management is an inevitable choice of library management in the era of knowledge economy. The important content of library knowledge management are the management of explicit knowledge and the management of tacit knowledge.The management of tacit knowledge is the source of library knowledge innovation, which directly affects the work quality and service level of the library.
