摘要
岳阳职业技术学院2016级3780名新生的SCL-90测试结果显示,高职新生心理状况普遍良好,但亦存在人际关系敏感、强迫症状表现明显等问题,女生较男生更易出现情绪波动。究其原因,高职学生由于学业上经历的挫折与失败以及中学阶段来自老师家长的负性评价较多,较易产生自卑、懊丧、焦虑等消极情绪。高职院校心理健康教育机构应在了解高职新生心理健康状况的基础上,采取提升高职学生自信、学会人际交往等措施,有针对性的开展心理健康教育工作。
3780 freshmen in 2016 tested by SCL-90 in college, and the result showed that generally the psychological status of the freshman in higher vocational college is in good condition, but problems of sensitive interpersonal relationship and obvious force symptom existed in, especially girls more than boys. Because of more setbacks and failures from academic experience, negative evaluations from the teachers and parents in middle school period, some negative emotions such as inferiority, sorrow and anxiety,showed by students more easily. With the basis of mental health status of freshman, we should carry out psychological health education work purposefully to improve students' self-confidence and make them learn to communication each other.
