As a special city, Yueyang, in Dongting lake ecological economic zone in Hunan, with its unique advantages to advance supply-side structural reform, including superior consumption goods to supply, tactics opportunities to advance, focus on vigorous development which provided the beginning for supply-side structural reform. And we should take advantage of its obviousadvantages, carry forward the reform of institution, invest unsubstantial items, reduce invalid supply to expand effective and high-quality supply, accelerate the upgrading of economic structure optimization, aiming to provide platform for long-term,continuous, steady economy development.
