高职跨境电商人才培养路径探析——以韶关市为例

Analysis on the Path of Cross-border E-business Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Shaoguan City as an Example

目前,跨境电商人才供应严重不足,且质量参差不齐,难以有效满足跨境电商行业发展的需求。跨境电商行业发展迅猛,该行业的"人才荒"问题必须引起高度重视。该文基于中国跨境电商发展现状和趋势,结合韶关地区发展跨境电子商务的区域优势,探索适合韶关市跨境电商人才培养的路径,以有效解决韶关市跨境电商"人才荒"的问题。

At present, the quantity and the quality of cross-border E-business talent are unable to meet its industry development requirements, the existing problems for 'rare talents' should be emphasized with the rapid development of cross-border E-business industry. Based on the current situation and trend of the development in China and the development advantage of Shaoguan city in this industry, this paper is to explore the paths for its professional talent training that fit to Shaoguan city in order to solve the problem of 'the shortage of talent'.
