摘要
目的探讨护理人力资源模式改革后的应用效果。方法改革护理部传统办公模式、实行临床护理岗位机动设置与调配、优化护士绩效考核、制定护士职业发展规划,比较措施实施前后护士职业测评总体成绩、工作满意率及患者满意率变化。结果护士职业测评总体成绩由2015年的(70.17±18.32)分升至2016年的(73.57±20.11)分,护士工作满意率由96.69%升至97.81%,患者满意率由95.93%升至98.55%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护理人力资源模式的改革,提升了护士职业环境认同感,提高了护患双方满意度,保证了护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of the nursing human resources model reform.Methods We reformed the traditional office mode of nursing department,implemented the mobile settings and deployment of clinical nursing posts,optimized the performance appraisal of nurses,formulated professional development plan,and the changes were compared.Results The overall results of the nurses' career assessment were increased from(70.17±18.32)in 2015 to(73.57±20.11)in 2016,the job satisfaction of nurses were increased from 96.69%to 97.81%,and the satisfaction rate of patients were increased from95.93%to 98.55%(all P<0.05).Conclusion The reform of nursing human resource model enhances the professional environmental recognition of nurses,promotes the satisfaction rate of both patients and nurses,and guarantees the nursing quality.
