重病监护病房医院感染信息化管理效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Information Monitoring System on Nosocominal Infection in Intensive Care Unit

目的评价信息化监测系统对降低重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)医院感染发生率的作用。方法回顾性分析第二军医大学长征医院急救科ICU 2015年1月至2016年12月患者医院感染发生情况,根据有无使用信息化管理系统进行分组,比较医院感染发生率。结果在应用信息化监测系统后,通过各项基本指标感染指数的对比,多重耐药菌检出感染率由67.8%下降至32.2%,人工气道、导尿管、中心静脉置管相关感染率分别下降为0.24‰、0.72‰、0.00‰,ICU综合感染率由6.48%下降至3.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理模式对降低ICU医院感染发生率具有明显效果,在临床中可进行推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the information monitoring system in reducing the incidence of infection in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Clinical data of the incidence of infection in ICU in our hospital from January2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively,and divided into groups according to the use of information monitoring system,the incidence rate of the hospital infection were compared.Results After the application of information monitoring system,through the comparison of the basic indicators infection indexes,multiple drugresistant bacteria detection rate decreased from 67.8% to 32.2%,breathing machine,urethral catheters and central venous catheter related infection rate were reduced to 0.24‰,0.72‰and 0.00‰.ICU comprehensive infection rate fell from 6.48% to 3.89%(P<0.05).Conclusion Information monitoring system have significantly effect on reducing the incidence rate infection in ICU,which is worth of clinical promotion.
