健康指导卡在泌尿门诊手术中运用与效果评价

Application and Evaluation of Health Guidance Card in Outpatient Surgery in Department of Urology

目的评价泌尿外科首次行膀胱镜检查患者应用针对性健康指导方法的临床效果。方法便利抽样法选取2016年5-8月在四川大学华西医院门诊首次行膀胱镜检查的260例患者为研究对象。将2016年5-6月在门诊行膀胱镜检查的130例患者为对照组,于2016年7-8月在门诊行膀胱镜检查的130例患者为观察组。对照组患者接受常规健康教育。依据检查项目,给观察组患者发放相关的健康指导卡,并由护士为其提供现场指导及答疑。两组患者分别在检查后采用膀胱镜室检查相关知识认知评价表以及膀胱镜室健康指导满意度调查表对其进行调查。结果观察组患者膀胱镜检查相关知识掌握有效率以及健康指导满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论对膀胱镜室首次门诊检查患者根据检查类别实施针对性健康指导,可提高患者对检查相关知识认知水平,同时提升患者对健康指导满意度。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of targeted health guidance for the first cystoscopy in department of urology.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 260 patients who had the first cystoscopy examination in the out-patients department of Huaxi hospital in Sichuan university from May 2016 to August 2016,among them,130 patients were in the control group from May to June,and the 130 patients from July to August were in the observation group.Patients in the control group received the routine health education,and the observation group was given "the health guidance card"according to the inspection program,and the nurses provided on-site guidance and questions ansuering.The results of the questionnaire survey were conducted on"the questionnaire of knowledge cognition of the cystoscopy"and"the questionnaire of health guidance satisfaction".Results Observation group of patients with cystoscopy related knowledge efficiently and health guidance satisfaction were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusion Individual health instructions to firsttime out-patients in cystoscopy room of department of urology can improve cystoscopy pertinent cognition and health instruction satisfaction degree.
