摘要
用白芨苗为材料,研究不同体积分数Pb^(2+)溶液(12.5、25、50、100 mg/L)对白芨苗生理活性的影响.结果:随Pb^(2+)体积分数的增加,白芨苗叶片中脯氨酸(Pro)含量呈上升趋势,叶绿素和类胡箩卜素含量总体下降,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先上升后下降,表明白芨苗对一定体积分数(0~50 mg/L)的铅胁迫有一定的抗逆性.
Taking Bletilla striata seedlings as materials,we studied the effect of on the physiological and biochemical activity of Pb^(2+) of different volume fractions( 12.5,25,50 and 100 mg/L) on the Bletilla striata seedlings. The result showed that with the increase of Pb^(2+) volume fraction,the content of Proline( Pro) increased and the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid decreased.The activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD),catalase( CAT) and peroxidase( POD) tended to increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of Pb^(2+) volume fraction.It indicated that the Bletilla striata seedling is resistant to Pb^(2+) stress in a certain volume fraction( 0 ~ 50 mg/L).
