川中丘陵地区耕地质量等别评价研究——以南充市嘉陵区为例

Research on Evaluation of Cultivated Land Quality Grade in Hilly Areas of Sichuan Province——A Case Study in Jialing District of Nanchong

耕地作为农业生产的根本保障,其数量和质量的变化对农业发展和国家粮食安全有着直接的影响,耕地质量等别评价是耕地保护的重要体现。本文以2013年耕地质量等别补充完善成果为基础,结合2014年土地变更调查数据,运用GIS平台对南充市嘉陵区耕地资源质量进行分析研究。通过建立评价指标体系,确定耕地质量等别,形成2014年南充市嘉陵区耕地质量等别评价结果,并通过结果分析提出合理的保护耕地的建议,为其他类似区域耕地质量等别评价提供参考,将土地保护工作落到实处。

Cultivated land is the basic guarantee of agricultural production.The change of quantity and quality has a direct impact on agricultural development and national food security,and the evaluation of cultivated land quality is an important manifestation of cultivated land protection.In this paper,based on the cultivated land quality and other improvement results in 2013,combined with the land change survey data in 2014,using GIS platform,the quality of cultivated land resources in Jialing District of Nanchong was analyzed.Through establishing the evaluation index system and determining the quality grade of cultivated land,the evaluation results of cultivated land quality in Jialing District of Nanchong in 2014 are formed,and through the analysis of the results,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions for the protection of cultivated land and provides references for other areas such as the Quality evaluation of cultivated land grade to put the land conservation work into effect.
