摘要
高模量沥青混凝土是一种主要采用低标号硬质沥青作为胶结材料,具有优异的高温稳定性和较高的模量值的沥青混凝土,当其用于沥青路面的中下面层时可以提高整个路面结构的抗车辙能力并起到一定的结构补强作用,可延长道路的使用寿命并减薄路面厚度。本文结合柳南高速公路水泥路面加铺沥青层和室内系统研究,提出一种能够形成最紧密的骨架嵌挤结构,具有优良的高温稳定性,并显著提高沥青混合料模量的配合比设计方法——骨架嵌挤型粗粒式高模量沥青混凝土配合比设计方法,按此方法制备的高模量沥青混凝土能弥补我国目前高模量沥青混凝土应用方面的不足,可作为交通荷载重,交通量增长快,超载现象多,使用寿命长的沥青路面中、下面层材料使用,降低工程造价。
High modulus asphalt concrete is a kind of concrete which mainly uses low-grade hard asphalt as cementing material.It has excellent high temperature stability and high stability for asphalt mixture after molding of the modulus value,when used in the asphalt pavement in the lower surface layer can improve the anti-rutting capacity of the entire pavement structure,plays a certain role in structural reinforcement,and can extend the life of the road.Combined with asphalt layer and indoor system of cement pavement of Liunan Expressway,this paper proposed a design method that can form the most compact skeleton intercalation structure with excellent high temperature stability and significantly improve the modulus of asphalt mixture——mix design method of coarse graded high modulus asphalt concrete with skeleton embedded structure.The high modulus asphalt concrete prepared by this method can make up for the shortage of high modulus asphalt concrete in China.It can be used as heavy load traffic,fast growth traffic,overload phenomenon,long life of asphalt pavement in the use of the underlying material,and reduce the project cost.
