新常态下海洋旅游与区域经济增长的冲击及协调

Dialectic Relation and Shock between Marine Tourism and Regional Economic Growth in “New Normal”of Chinese Economy

选取1998—2015年间我国沿海地区的海洋旅游产业与区域经济增长的相关数据指标,对我国沿海区域海洋旅游经济差异的时空特征进行理论分析,并运用向量自回归模型实证检验,指出:我国沿海地区的海洋旅游产业与区域经济发展不平衡,部分地区海洋旅游产业发展相对滞后,出现了不同程度的失调现象,各地区海洋旅游产业对经济增长贡献存在明显差异。针对这些问题,提出我国海洋旅游发展新常态时期调整、优化区域旅游经济结构、促进海洋旅游发展的建议与措施。

This paper chose the marine tourism industry and regional economic growth data in Chinas coastal areas from 1998 to 2015. Theoretical analysis was conducted for the spatial characteristics of marine tourism economic difference at coastal areas. Vector autoregressive model empirical test was conducted to verify the imbalance between the coastal tourism industry and the re-gional economy growth. The results showed that marine tourism industry in sectional regions was lagging behind. Imbalance of va-rying degrees appeared. The contribution of marine tourism industry to economic growth in different provinces was different. Ai-ming at these problems, the author suggested optimizing the regional tourism economic structure and adjusting the policy of marine tourism development under the new normal of China, s economic growth.
