摘要
利用色谱法从民间药蓼科酸模属植物戟叶酸模的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个木脂素苷类化合物.根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据分析,将其分别确定为schizandriside(1),(-)-isolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(2),(+)-5-methoxyisolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(3),(-)-5-methoxyisolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(4),lyoniside(5),nudiposide(6).所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.
This phytochemical investigation on the chemical constituents from ethanol extracts of Rumex hastatus has led to the isolation of six lignan glycosides by using chromatography,which are characterized as schizandriside(1),(-)-isolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(2),(+)-5-methoxyisolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(3),(-)-5-methoxyisolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(4),lyoniside(5),and nudiposide(6) based on the detailed spectral analysis. It is very noteworthy that all the compounds have been obtained from this plant for the first time.
