CT增强扫描对良恶性胰腺无功能性神经内分泌肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨CT增强扫描在良恶性胰腺无功能性神经内分泌肿瘤(NF-p NETs)鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 :回顾性分析23例经临床病理证实为NF-p NETs的CT资料,比较良恶性NF-p NETs相关CT征象的差异。结果 :恶性组病变平均直径(6.2±1.8)cm,良性组病变平均直径(4.5±1.5)cm,2组差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。NF-p NETs中,11个病变具有侵袭性,其中良性组3个,恶性组8个,2组差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。2组动脉期及门脉期肿瘤绝对强化值差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:动脉期及门脉期肿瘤绝对强化值可作为除病变大小、侵袭性外鉴别NF-p NETs良恶性的有价值的指标。 Objective:To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced CT in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant non-functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(NF-p NETs). Methods:23 cases with single lesions pathological confirmed as NF-p NETS,were divided into the benign and malignant group. CT features of the two groups were compared. Results:There were statistically significant differences between benign and malignant group in tumor size(P=0.024) and infiltration(P=0.012).Contrast-enhanced images showed significant differences between two groups in the absolute enhancement at the arterial and portal venous phase(all P〈0.05). Conclusion:The absolute enhancement at the arterial and portal venous phase may provide useful information to preoperative differential diagnosis of benign and malignant NF-p NETs.
