超声在新生儿肺部疾病诊断中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :探讨新生儿肺部疾病的超声诊断价值,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法 :选取我院新生儿重症监护室收治的肺部疾病患儿40例,入院24 h内均行肺部超声检查,观察患儿胸膜线、A线、B线、肺部病变程度及胸膜滑动、是否伴胸腔积液等。结果:所选患儿经临床确诊为新生儿湿肺20例,其中12例表现为"弥漫性白肺",4例伴胸腔积液;呼吸窘迫综合征11例,胸膜增厚、A线及肺滑动征消失,表现为肺实变和肺泡-间质综合征;胎粪吸入综合征8例,病变区胸膜线及A线消失、胸膜下可见局灶性实变、肺泡-间质综合征;新生儿隔离肺1例,表现为肺叶间见等回声组织、内回声不均匀。患儿均有相应的临床症状,且经动脉血气分析及X线胸片或CT确诊。结论:新生儿肺部超声检查安全无辐射,对指导临床治疗和判断预后有重要意义。
